How to use Noise Dosimeter?

Open SoundMeter+. Click "Noise Exposure Meter" at bottom. Then, user can see "Noise Dosimeter" Panel at top left.

In order to start "Noise Dosimeter", user can click "RESET" button.

"Noise Dosimeter" displays elapsed time, Dose, Time Weighted Average (TWA), Projected Dose (pDose), and Projected Time Weighted Average (pTWA).

According to OSHA's guidelines, when 90dB noise lasts for eight hours, the resulting Dose is 100%. If noise level is higher, the resulting Dose will be higher.

If workplace has Dose higher than 100%, it can cause permanent hearing loss.
